LC Meet - Tenant Lounge and Conference Center

Location:	6600 CHASE OAKS BLVD. IN THE LC3 BUILDING
Hours of Operation:	8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday
How to Sign-Up:	Log into the Legacy Central website, select Tenant Portal and click on LC Meet to make a request through the Conference Room Scheduler.  Once the request has been received and accepted by Management, tenants will be notified for further arrangements.  Reasonable scheduling on a first-come, first-serve basis (except that tenants may reserve use of certain project amenities in advance in accordance with Landlord's reasonable protocols).
Cost:	Subject to availability, up to 4 hours free of charge.  Additional use will be subject to fees associated with actual costs incurred by Landlord in connection with a particular use, e.g., cleaning costs.

LC Meet offers a state of the art tenant lounge and conference center on campus totaling 10,000 square feet in LC3 with flexible seating accommodations for intimate group settings and large corporate gatherings of up to 300-seats.  Audio/visual technology installed for plug-and-play connectivity for presentations and conferences.

Amenities

• (2) Two 12-seat boardrooms, each equipped with executive seating, Polycom phones, 65” 1080p LED TVs 
• Entertainment Lounge featuring bar and dining seating with tenant provided beer and wine on tap, icemaker, coffee bar, built-in refrigerator, shared Wi-Fi, 65” LCD TV and 2x2 110” 1080p LED TV wall hosting satellite TV.
• 300-seat Training Room (sub-divisible into two distinct rooms via moveable partition) equipped with (2) 189” recessed projector screens with 5,000 lumen 3LCD projectors.
