Rent Payment Information

Rent payments are due according to the terms set forth in your lease agreement.

Make checks Payable to: Georgia Sever Realty, LLP

Send Payments to: 8633 Bay Drive Orlando, FL 32819

Please make your checks payable to Georgia Server Realty, LLP. The return address will appear on the remittance portion of the rent statement. It is important that this remittance portion accompany your check. This will ensure the proper crediting to your account.

Other important points of reference to ensure the proper processing of your check:

  • Please include the lease id enti fica tion number on your check.
  • Indicate the amount being paid and thecheck number on the remittance.
  • Notify the Office of the Build ing in w riting of any billing address changes.
