Pertinent Information For Your Move-In

Moving Insurance

When moving into lntellicenter your moving company will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance with coverage for General Liability , Worker's Compensation and Auto Liability as specified on attached Exhibit A, "Insurance Requirements".

Transwestern Commercial Services of GA, LLC , and lntellicenter Atlanta Investments, LLP are to be named as additional insureds and Transwestern as the Certificate holder. An Additional Insured Endorsement (Form B, see attached exhibit A) must be provided as part of but separate from the Certificate in order for it to be acceptable.

For your convenience, a sample Certificate of Insurance with Endorsement form is attached.

Once completed, the insurance information may be faxed to 404-303-1446. Please mail the original to:

Move-In Hours

We request that your move be sc hedu led after 6:00 p.m . Monday through Friday, or anytime on Saturday and Sunday.

Freight Elevator

The building is equipped with one (1) freight elevator. This elevator will be made available for use during your move-in. Please contact the Office of  the Building in advance to schedule use of the freight elevator.

The dimensions of the freight elevator are 103" deep x 69" wide x 108" high. The door is 48" wide x 96" high.

Lawrenceville Business Use & Occupancy Permit:

Most businesses are not required to have a license in Lawrenceville, however, each tenant is required to have a Use and Occupancy permit. This permit may be obtained from the Lawrenceville Department of Building and Safety.
